Making Your Own Mee Goreng :D

Fried noodles or mee goreng are AWESOME and most importantly delicious. In this food-related post, I am going to show you how to fry noodles that taste just like the ones at the shop. I bet you my butt on this ;)

Step 1: Ready The Ingredients 
Sauce, noodles(I used kueh tiaw), and taugeh(bean sprouts)

Fish cakes and balls. In this case FISHballs *wink*

A clove of garlic and 1/4 of a shallot

And most importantly, dark soy sauce.( turn your laptop screen clockwise or tilt your head to the left)

Step 2: Fry garlic and shallot


Step 3: Add in fishcakes and fishballs

Step 4: Add in an egg

Step 4  5: Add in kueh tiaw and beansprouts

Step 5: Add in a dollop of sauce (tomato or chili, sukati kau la)

Step 6: Fry, fry, fry. And voila!

Step 7: Makan your mee la, apa lagi.

Tips (gorang mee also mesti got tips):
1. Make sure you use enough oil for frying
2. When frying noodles, use api besar (idk whats api besar in english lol). Just make sure your wok is hot. Smokin hot.
