Hey guys, its December and you know that it means? Christmas! Yea! :D Its the most beautiful time of the year, lights fill the streets with so much cheer... You must be wondering, "what the heck is this guy watching videos?" First, theres Bon Qui Qui. I know its an old one but its just frikin hilarious man. GLEE Season 2

There's two things I'm really looking forward too in January. One is working my butts off watching afternoon shows and another is the second season of GLEE! Yay glee! The 2nd season premiers on Jan 25 at Star World. Now I know some of you may be wondering why does this guy would wait till the show is on TV instead of just watching it on the internet. For starters, its no fun watching TV SHOWS anywhere except TV. Its like playing piano with your feet or making coffee with salt. That just aint right.

Anyway, there will be two new cast members this season. Chord Overstreet and Charice Pempengco.

Im not so sure 'bout Chord but I hear he's got a good voice. Charice on the other hand, WHOA. Breathtaking. She plays Sunshime Corazon, a student from the Philipines. Sure lookin foward to these two! I just love the trailer where charice was in the bathroom and then lea walked in and introduced herself in minimal english then charice said "I can totally speak English". HAHA. dont underestimate we asians. We are not that bad in english.

That is the description from Wikipedia. Now for some of you who've never heard of Nigahiga, I think you're living under a nutshell. Why? Because his videos are like one of the most viewed videos on Youtube. This guy truly has an amazing amusing talent. He's funny man. Real funny. If you see his videos you'll know what I mean. 

For me, my favorite series will be his Skitzo's. In Skitzo Ryan Higa plays all the characters in the video namely R-Dizzle, Hanate, Regina and Ryan himself.

TeeHee >< (Not a post about teehee, its about my guitar and my inability to play it)

I don't know what to put as the post title so I just put that. TeeHee is an expression made famous by Ryan Higa, a comedian on youtube.  Meaning: Act of joyful giggling.


Actually that is NOT what I'm gonna blog today. Maybe next time but not today. On my birthday last July, my dad bought me a guitar. "Cool! A guitar?" you ask. I was like "Okay, this is cool" but there's one teeny tiny little problem. I DONT KNOW HOW TO PLAY GUITAR. Yeah, that's the whole point of buying it right? So that you can learn. That's what I thought. So the next day I went to MPH bookstore to buy myself a "How To Play Guitar" book. Heres what happened:


Me: Yay, I'm earning how play a new instrument !*opens book*

... 1000 seconds later...

Me: This is hard ><. Maybe if I practice I'll be good at it. 

...the next day...

Me: *practicing till fingers look like french fries*

...the day after that...

Me: @.@ *gives up hope for now*

Hey, I'm not a quitter okay! In my defense, learning guitar is a LOT harder than piano. A LOT. Sometimes I'm amazed at how those other kids just simply 'pick up' a guitar and learn how to play. I salute you guys man.  Why say guitar is harder than piano? First, I'm left-handed. So there is a kind of learning difficulty there. But there are lefties that are really good at guitars Justin Bieber. They are famous too Justin Bieber. They make lots of $ too Justin Bieber. Second, in piano, the sheet music is fairly simple. It shows what note to play and how long do you play it. No memorizing anything (well just the chords, what notes has sharp or flat notes). If the sheets ask you to play E, you play E. Thats it. Guitar on the other hand has chords. E major, C major to name a few. And those triads stuff. And strumming techniques. Thats too much to remember man.

Okay to be honest I'm not a maestro at piano. I just play it. I didn't go to piano lessons. My sister does. I have a piano at home. Not trying to play it is just like buying first class tickets to Seoul and not use it. Its just stupid. (ironic huh?)


Maybe I'll just start playing guitar next year or something. In the meantime, my 6-stringed piece of acoustic musical instrument would just stay in my room and collect dust. Heck, it still has a ribbon on it! HAHA

Pachelbel's Canon

Know who this guy is? No he's not anyone's grandfather. His name is Pachelbel and he created one of the most beautiful music pieces ever. Its called Canon in D major. Canon in C is a harder version of it. It is also the OST for a korean movie called My Sassy Girl. Idk what it is about. Back to this piece, the first time I heard it it was covered by Kurt Schneider. I thought to myself; "Hey, this is great!". So I began searching youtube for it. The original one almost made me cried. So lovely <3 . Now I hear it everyday. :)

Know that guy? NO? He's Mike Tompkins. He makes music with his mouth. I mean he makes sounds of instruments with his mouth. For music people, its called acapella. (man why don't I just said that earlier lol). And you know what? He's AWESOME! I use the word 'awesome' a lot these days. This guy is AWESOME! How does he make those sounds I don't know. It sound like the real deal right? I admire his editing works too. I cant imagine sitting the whole day editing videos. But its worth it coz Mike Tompkins is cool and I am not. TeeHee ><
